Regular Multe Music listeners and readers know that we are eagerly awaiting a visit soon from the Norwegian band, Kvarts.
Kvarts' guitarist, Erlend Styve, is also active in another Norwegian band — Twang Gang (not to be confused with the American band, Twang Gang). He's the lead vocalist and guitarist.
Twang Gang's web site describes them this way:
Twang Gang is a Norwegian three-piece rockabilly/country band who has a soft spot for doing things as simple as possible. We're on a mission to give you a good time. If you don't stomp your feet and drink more beer than you planned to we haven't done our job.
So far, they've released two albums. The members are:
- Erlend Styve (guitars and vocal)
- Jan Eirik Gullbrå (double bass)
- Bjørne Møen (drums)
